The Communication archive.
In the digital 'Communication archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). The departments are: a) External communication, b) Internal communication, c) Digital archiving and e) Reporting.
Archives
Archiving trains the workers and decision-makers in the systematic storage of documents in the paper chip archive, so that these documents can be found easily afterwards.
External communication
External communication communicates with target groups in plain language language with the exclusion of jargon whenever possible and stores the interview reports in the
