In the digital 'Logistic archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). The departments are: a) Business office, b) Purchasing, c) Transport and d) Process and quality control.
Business office
The business office calculates, plans, prepares the work, calculates the work and the necessary manpower, quotes the work for Sale and prepares the production, where necessary.
Process monitoring
Process monitoring refers to the progress of the work, the report on the work, the assessment of the work, the quality of the work, the approval of the work and the handling of the internal and external complaints about the work and the work.
Purchases
Purchase maintains relationships with suppliers, buys goods and services and keeps the (safety) stocks up to standard
Transport
Transport regulates the internal and external transport of products, services and equipment.
