The Productive archive.
In the digital 'Productive archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). The departments are: a) Services, b) Trade, c) Manufacturing, d) Warehouse, e) Technical service, f) Expedition and g) Assembly.
Assembly
Assembly forges individual products into final product for the sales department
Design
Design explores, develops, and creates designs. These designs are sold to the customers by the Sales department, or are intended for their own Service or Production
Forwarding
Forwarding prepares the final product for the Sales Department for delivery to the Customer. The Customer collects the product himself or has the product delivered
Manufacturing
Manufacturing produces for Sale (composite) products, per piece or in series, which form part of the core activities of the company
Montage
Montage installs its own products or products from third parties for sale.
Services
Services provide the services that Sales has sold to Customers themselves, or outsource the services to Service Providers, with which they cooperate.
Technical department
The Technical Department maintains the machinery for Manufacturing and the other technical installations for the company, if applicable.
Trade
Trade sells the product range that the company purchases and sells to other companies or individuals
Warehouse
The Warehouse receives the incoming product range and checks the quantities on the basis of order forms. In addition, the warehouse checks the quality and then stores the
assortment for Fabrication or Expedition
