In the digital 'ICT archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). The departments are: a) Hardware, b) Software c) Websites and d) Management.
Administration
The Administration protects the total automation and digitization of the company and regularly backs up all software, website and hardware installations. In addition, it is charged with compliance with (privacy) regulations and keeping up-to-date maintenance and licensing contracts
Hardware
Hardware chooses, buys, cables, installs, connects and maintains all ICT equipment.This includes internet, routers, Cloud storage, telephones, peripheral, transmitting and receiving equipment
Software
Software installs, implements and maintains the paper chip software in companies. The software serves to support the work processes in the company and not the other way around
Website
The Website has a twofold function. On the one hand, the website shows the company's "beating heart" for the benefit of all stakeholders, including prospects and customers. On the other hand, the Website serves as an information beacon for the prospects and customers
