In the digital 'Employees archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). These are the departments: Recruitment and selection, b) Functioning, c) Work, leave and sickness and d) Social laws and regulations.
Recruitment & Selection
Recruitment and Selection recruits candidates on the basis of the job profile for the vacancy and the competency profile of the candidate for companies
Social laws and regulations
Social laws and regulations change from time to time and can have a profound effect on the ins and outs of the company in all its facets. Maintaining and keeping up to date with appropriate case law is important for keeping the company in compliance
Teamwork
Cooperation focuses on the ideal working climate within the company, and ensures that everyone's competency profiles match the job profiles of their work
Training
The Training department trains and supports decision makers, workers and stakeholders to connect their competence profiles to the job profiles of the company. The department also supports them in the implementation of the W & D and Personnel & Organization Plans
Work & Leave & Sickness
Work & Leave & sickness charts the (flexible) working hours of the decision-makers and workers, with their leave days and illness days, and creates files for the workers and decision-makers
