The Administrative Archive.
In the digital 'Administration archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). The departments are: a) Annual reports, b) Accounting and c) Salaries.

Accountancy

The Accountancy department checks the bookkeeping, calculates cost prices, draws up (liquidity) budgets and budgets. In addition, the Accountancy department determines
the stocks at the end of the year, together with the work done that year

Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping keeps the cash and bank books, the purchase books of the creditors, and the sales books of the debtors. The Bookkeeping department reports periodically,  usually monthly, to the decision-makers and administration of the company. The department also provides the turnover tax declarations and the payroll tax declarations at the same time.

Salaries

The Salaries department usually outsources the payroll administration to specialized payroll companies on the basis of the family composition and employment contracts, due to the annually fluctuating legislation
