The Financial Archive.
In the digital 'Financial archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). It is the departments: a) Money matters and b) Company resources.
Capital
The Capital department provides risk-bearing funds that are necessary to start a company and keep it alive. These funds consist primarily of own risk-bearing capital invested and, in particular, of reserved profits and subordinated loans.
Company assets
Company assets buys and sells the company's assets, the value of which is shown on the debit side of the balance sheet, and writes a taxable percentage annually
Investments
The Investments department makes "Return On Investment" calculations in order to be able to estimate the expected return on the investment
Money affairs
The department Money affairs manages the money flows in the company in order to be able to meet its obligations in time
Securities
Securities enables the raising of funds and the purchase of company assets by means of the provision of security to lenders. This can be done in many ways, including guarantees from family, mortgages on real estate, pledging of company property, etc
