The Fiscal archive.
In the digital 'Fiscal archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). It is the departments: a) Tax returns, b) Tax checks, c) Tax agreements and d) Laws and regulations.
Declarations
Declarations checks the periodic Turnover Tax and Payroll Tax Declarations of Accounting and draws up the annual tax returns, such as for the Income Tax, or Corporate Tax
Disputes
In principle, the Disputes Department resolves all problems that arise with the Tax Authorities, because of no, late, or incorrect declarations and as a result of Book Investigations by the Fiscal.
Fiscal laws and regulation
Fiscal laws and regulations change from time to time and can have a profound effect on the ins and outs of the company in all its facets. Keeping up to date and adequately following relevant case law can be of great importance to the company and its compliance
Rulings
Rulings makes further agreements with the tax authorities insofar as the legislation permits. This concerns, for example, agreements to resolve disputes, to draw up annual documents in foreign currencies, to use the innovation box, etc
