The Legal Archive.
In the digital 'Legal Archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). It is the departments: a) Legal persons, b) Contracts, c) Insurance, d) Disputes and e) Laws and rules.
Contracts
The Contracts department draws up all sorts of contracts, monitors their duration and looks after compliance with the agreements and considerations made. The department simultaneously monitors the collateral provided to cover borrowed or provided financing.
Disputes
The Disputes Department resolves the problems that arise within the external,exogenous and internal organization of the company with all stakeholders, and in particular with the defaulters of sales invoices. The department may or may not be assisted by specialized lawyers
Insurances
The Insurance department examines the necessity of taking out insurance and / or making provisions for imminent danger or risks. This is possible from the company itself, but also from outside. Insurance also pays attention to the fine print, durations and final notice periods
Intellectual property
The Intellectual Property department registers and monitors all the intellectual property of the company, such as the company name, trade names, (image) brands,patents & patents, licenses, website names. The department also registers the filing of conditions at the court, including deliveries & payments
Laws and regulation
Legal laws and regulations change from time to time and can have a profound effect on the company's activities. Maintaining and keeping up to date with appropriate case law is important for keeping the company in compliance
Legal personality
The Legal personality department records all formally legal information about a legal person. These are data such as the founding act, the control relationships, the property deeds, the property registers etc.
