Organization archive

The Organization archive.
In the digital 'Organization archive' the relevant information and data are stored in work files (WD), per department (WS), per organization sector (OS). It is the departments :: a) External organization, b) Exogenous organization, c) Administrative organization, d) Internal organization and e) Knowledge organization.
Exogenous organization
The Exogenous organization maps the complete legal and functional structure, of which the company is part. The structure includes the ultimate owners (UBO) of the company, the direct shareholders and supervisors (who can appoint and dismiss the statutory directors), and the external advisors of the shareholders and directors
External organization
The External organization focuses on compulsory and voluntary contacts with (public) government bodies, licensing authorities, subsidy providers, tax authorities and interest groups
Internal organization
The internal organization proactively organizes all the work that the company has to perform in uniform with structured Work processes. In addition, the InternalOrganization then transforms related work processes into Work sectors (departments), and Work sectors into Internal organization sectors.
Knowledge organization
The knowledge organization provides the Work processes of pragmatic knowledge in simple language to be able to carry out the work well. The Knowledge organization provides the Work Sectors with Job profiles to be able to attract competent employees at a later stage.
The board
The board is responsible for achieving the optimal return on economic, (social) psychological and social level. This is done in line with an adequate stakeholder compass
